Nature Awareness Training teaches how to embody and model universal structure and natural process, build cosmology into the body and understanding, and increase our sensitivity to the visible and invisible worlds in nature and ourselves.

The curriculum is Physical Training, Energy Training, and Mind (Spirit) Training with practices from Black Sect Tantric Buddhist Feng Shui, Chinese Internal Martial Arts, Shamanic and Personal Power techniques from Steven's lifelong study of nature, self nature, movement and wisdom.

Some of the teachings use the four excellences - Standing, Sitting, Walking, and Lying to help embrace heaven power, maximize human power, and draw upon the power of the earth in a basic training to create comfort, harmony and balance, strengthen effective intention, and allow more universal being to help fulfill our wishes.

Steven Post, Feng Shui educator, author of The Modern Book of Feng Shui, first consultant and teacher of Feng Shui in the United States, senior disciple of H.H. Professor Thomas Lin Yun, Da Shi who designated him authorative, is the founder of GEO (The Geomancy/Feng Shui Education Organization), co-owner and a principal teacher of the BTB Feng Shui™ Masters Program, senior instructor WACIMA (World Association of Chinese Internal Martial Arts) and has served as fire lookout Mt. Tamalpais, Marin County CA since 1972.
